Endo Relief is a complementary infusion programme (NAC and magnesium IV plus accompanying supplements) for inflammation-associated burden in the context of endometriosis. It is not a substitute for pharmacological, pain-management or surgical treatment. From CHF 170 per infusion, self-pay service.

Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory condition. It progresses in phases, is burdensome, and many women have needed years to reach a diagnosis. Endo Relief is a supportive programme that can be used as an adjunct during phases of inflammation-associated burden and flare-ups – in addition to pharmacological therapy, pain management, physiotherapy and, where indicated, surgical treatment. It is accordingly intended for women who are already in treatment and whose symptoms recur in phases, not as an entry point into endometriosis therapy. The infusion contains NAC and magnesium intravenously, complemented by supplements for the time between appointments. The number of infusions follows the course of your symptoms and is decided after a medical assessment, in the context of the treatment you are already receiving.

Endo Relief is not a substitute for your endometriosis therapy. If you have arrived here, you have probably already tried several treatments – all the more reason for an honest framing of what an infusion programme can and cannot achieve.

Treatment
What is clarified first
Before an infusion is discussed, the foundation must be in place. If a more effective option is available, it is used first. An infusion is never the first step for endometriosis.
- 01Is the diagnosis confirmed or sufficiently substantiated clinically?
- 02Has adenomyosis been considered? In our clinical experience it is more common than classic endometriosis, often recognisable on specialised ultrasound – and frequently not identified as the cause of symptoms. It requires a different treatment path.
- 03Has pharmacological therapy been exhausted, or are there still options there?
- 04Is pain management adequate and being used correctly?
- 05Are there additional factors: iron deficiency from heavy bleeding, pelvic floor tension, bowel complaints, sleep disturbances?

Why this composition
Oxidative stress and inflammatory processes play a role in endometriosis. NAC is discussed in relation to oxidative stress and glutathione metabolism; initial clinical studies exist for oral administration in endometriosis. Curcumin and EGCG are considered to modulate inflammation. Magnesium acts on muscle and the nervous system and is used for cramp-like complaints.
Expectations
What you can realistically expect
Clarity is more important than hope here. The evidence for these substances in endometriosis is limited. For oral NAC there are individual clinical studies with favourable signals; for intravenous administration in endometriosis, robust data are lacking. Curcumin and EGCG are well studied regarding their anti-inflammatory properties, but not as established endometriosis therapy.
This means
Endo Relief is a complementary, individually justified approach – not a recognised standard therapy. It may relieve symptoms, it may also change nothing. It does not demonstrably affect the disease itself and does not prevent progression.
We therefore work with clear rules
a limited series, documented course, joint re-assessment. If nothing improves, treatment is not continued. For a chronic condition, open-ended self-pay programmes without an effectiveness check are the last thing you need.

Frequency and cost
From CHF 170 per infusion. As a rule, several infusions are needed; frequency depends on symptom course and cycle.
Supplements, laboratory analyses and additional medical services are not included in the price and are billed separately. Costs are discussed transparently before treatment begins.
The programme is a self-pay service and is normally not covered by mandatory health insurance. The gynaecological assessment and treatment of your endometriosis is separate from this and is billed according to the usual rules.

Safety
Before every treatment, benefits, risks and contraindications are checked – in particular kidney function, asthma and known hypersensitivity to NAC, interactions with existing medication, coagulation status with curcumin, and liver values with higher-dose EGCG. Different conditions apply if you wish to conceive or are pregnant; please mention this explicitly.
No unverified mixtures are administered without a compatibility check. The programme does not replace necessary diagnostics or medical or surgical therapy.
