Please set your mobile phone to silent during your time at the practice.
Please make phone calls and video calls outside the practice.
Photos, video and audio recordings
To protect the privacy of our patients and staff, photo, video and audio recordings on the practice premises are only permitted with explicit consent.
Accompanying persons
Accompanying persons are warmly welcome, provided they are needed for the treatment or for support.
For reasons of space and data protection, we ask you to limit the number of accompanying persons to what is necessary.
Children at the practice
Children are warmly welcome with us.
Please supervise your children throughout your visit and be considerate of other patients.
Respectful conduct
We treat all patients in a friendly, respectful and professional manner.
In return, we expect polite and respectful behaviour towards our entire practice team.
Insults, threats, discrimination or aggressive behaviour towards staff or other patients will not be tolerated. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment.
