The basis of our collaboration
These terms govern the relationship between the practice of Dr. med. Anna M. Wagner and her patients.
Booking and cancellation
Appointments can be booked online via Doctena or by phone.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before gynaecological and obstetric consultations, and up to 48 hours before booked treatments (laser, aesthetic procedures); working days (Monday to Friday) apply. Later cancellation or non-attendance incurs a fee.
For gynaecological and obstetric appointments the fee is CHF 100. For booked treatments, non-attendance is charged in full and cancellation within 48 hours at half the price.
For surgical procedures (intimate surgery and other operations): the procedure must be paid no later than one week before the appointment. Cancellation up to one week before the procedure is free of charge. For cancellation within the final week 50% of the procedure fee is charged, and 100% for non-attendance.
One appointment is reserved for one main concern. Further concerns are gladly addressed at a follow-up appointment.
Billing and payment
Medically indicated services are billed according to TARMED or the applicable tariff.
Self-pay services and surgical procedures are quoted in advance and payable before the procedure.
Invoices are payable within 30 days. Statutory provisions apply in the event of late payment.
Information and consent
Before every procedure you receive a detailed personal explanation of the course of treatment, alternatives and risks.
You may withdraw your consent at any time up to the moment of the procedure, without giving reasons.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt.
